Return Eligibility
All returns must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Hanger and garment bag must be included
- Tags must remain attached
- Return must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order
- Original packing slip or order confirmation must be enclosed
Returns initiated beyond the 10-day window will be eligible for store credit only. If items do not meet the return criteria, a 10% restocking fee may be deducted from the return total.
Return Monitoring & Order Cancellation Policy
At Sector 15 Enterprises, we are committed to maintaining a fair and respectful shopping experience for all clients. As such, we reserve the right to monitor return activity, including the frequency and value of items returned for store credit.
Return Abuse is defined as any pattern of behavior that suggests deliberate misuse of our return policy. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Excessive or frequent returns
- Returning used, altered, or damaged merchandise
- Repeated returns of identical or similar items
Should Sector 15 Enterprises, at its sole discretion, determine that a customer is engaging in return abuse, we reserve the right to cancel any future orders placed using store credit associated with that account.
Processing Time
Please allow 10–14 business days for your return to be reviewed and your refund or store credit to be issued after the item(s) have been received at our facility.
Return Guidelines by Product Availability
Each product will display one of the following return categories when selecting a size:
- In Stock: Eligible for a full refund
- Ships in 3–5 or 5–7 Days / Specific Month: Returnable for store credit or exchange
- Special Orders & Pre-Orders: Final sale. Returnable only for store credit or exchange; cancellations are not permitted
- In Stock – Final Sale: Not eligible for return
If your original purchase used store credit, any refund issued will be in the form of store credit as well.
Return Label & Instructions
A pre-paid return label may be requested if one is not included in your package. Simply log into your account, select “Request Return” under your order, and a label will be sent. Your order will also include return instructions that must accompany your return.

However, please note that variations in computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices, as well as screen brightness settings, can affect how colors are displayed. As a result, the colors you see on your screen may not be an exact representation of the actual product.
